While reading the book “Choose Yourself” from James Altucher I came accross a nice tip to be positive or become positive when you are in a bad mood (see my resource section for more info).
Only do what you enjoy.
I mean it down to your very thoughts. Only think about the people you enjoy. Only read the books you enjoy, that make you happy to be human. Only go to the events that actually make you laugh or fall in love. Only deal with the people who love you back, who are winners and want you to win too.
And it is true. You can try.
When you think of positive things you get into a positive state.
And as Tony Robbins says:”It’s all about being in the right state.”
